House re-stumping, not raised, 11 concrete stumps to be replaced, double storey

I require our house to be re-stumped. we currently have big concrete stumps throughout 3/4 of the house but would like to replace with metal stumps. we have had a soil test completed already. once stumping has been done we will need the downstairs to be fitted out for a rumpus, bathroom, and storage area. the slab looks like it is also sinking so that may need to be rectified.
