Size of project is 16x4.1 meters, 12x4.1m room extension and a 4x4.1m pergola. Currently have a concrete slab (16x3.5m)on there on a slope. New concrete or decking to be done to get it level and size i want, which ever is cheapest. There is some plumbing required redirect storm water pipes.
