we are looking to have a new room built over part of the garage on one side of the house. on the other side we are looking to extend one room out to the eave line of the roof.
we have all the necessary council approvals in place for the work to commence. all architectural and working diagrams have already been compiled with the details of what is planned.
once we have chosen a builder then we just need to get the building permit.
