I list the jobs requiring to be done below. I also add details to explain each work further below.
Cost: I pay fairly. Because the laundry needs to be renovated, so the estimate won't work here. I am happy to hear your plan and your quote.
Timeline: I am flexible, though I hope the work commence as soon as you can. (The property is vacant so you can commerce work any time.)

2. Repair the demage that the dampness caused on south side of the house
3. Totally renovate laundry room 2.5x3m

Job 1: the dampness sub-floor.
This is the most important work.
Here is summary on issue from building inspection report by a very experienced architect.
This timber house on brick piers is in a reasonable condition from its age, with the main concern being the dampnes under the building, and the effect on the pier.
The architect's solution is:
a) Find and replace blocked drains and replaced with drainer with CCTV camera inspection capability. Because there is no visual way of determining if there are any wash-outs underground around the drains.
b) to drill 15x10 holes every 1.2 cm around the concrete base surrounding the house to improve air vendilation.
The inspection report on dampness has much more details on the issue. I can provide you the whole upon your visit.

There are some floor board require fixing. There is a 1cm gap between floor board and the wall near the edge of living room, and kitchen.

The whole house has been renovated except for the mouldy laundry room. I'd like to renovate to match the property.
