Looking for have a upper (unused) open tiled balcony converted into a bedroom. Architectural drawings have been drawn and will require town planning. Looking to obtain a quote for the removal of the existing tiled balcony floor and glass balustrades and the supply and construction of the new room i.e. windows, roofing, plaster walls, electrical, air conditioning etc. Existing adjoining bedrooms will also need to slightly modified to accommodate the new design.
I can e-mail the architectural drawings to allow you to provide a quote. We are looking to have this work commence sooner rather than later.
