We would like to do the following:
1) Add an ensuite and walk in robe to our Master bedroom using our current laundry & toilet space.
2) Replace our old deck and create like an open entertainment area eg Pagola.
3) Paving of the driveway
4) External and internal painting
5) Furnishing, electrical, plumbing works etc.

Jarrod was fantastic and promptly responded to our request and came out to see us. He patiently listened to our renovation ideas and gave us great feedback and indicative costs for the renovation work. In the end, we have taken Jarrod recommendation and are in the process of finding a draftsman who can convert our ideas into actual drawings and get a permit. We will be coming back to Jarrod for a quote once the drawings are done.
