Needs tiling & carpeting, painting (indoors & outdoors), plumbing (fitting of showers & toilets), electrical rewiring of house, lighting, repair/replacement of some doors and windows. Wall divider to be put in laundry. Walk-through to be made between laundry and kitchen (via current pantry area). Possible extension of living room area (downstairs) and balcony (upstairs). Repairing of floor joists required. Garage & roof also need repairing.
