Renovation of back of weatherboard house incorporating a living area, new kitchen, bathroom and laundry with an upstairs extension to include an additional bedroom and bathroom.
We also wish to do some smaller works on the front section of the house which is to include new doors, architraves & skirting and the repair and resanding etc. of polished floor boards and repainting throughout. I'm not sure whether this should be treated as a separate job or not.
