Flooring: Total Floor area is approx 77sqm. 2/3 is laminate on particleboard - laminate to be removed. Remainder is baltic pine floorboards on joists - to be removed and replaced with particleboard (19mm) to be ready for hardwood timber flooring to be installed. Scope includes remove and replace skirts, floorboards. May include repair/planing to old joists. May ned to work in with restumping work if new stumps or packing is required.
Bathroom: Remove old and dispose. Build frame for bath plus and other chippie work needed to prep for tiler/plumber/sparky/plasterer.
Kitchen: Remove old and dispose only.
