We are looking to extend out 1950s weatherboard house.
The proposed extension size is approximately 12m x 9m extension on the rear of the house including decking and alfresco area, plus some minor interior alterations. On stumps, floorboards, weatherboards and flat roof. I can provide electronic copies of the draftsman's plans, engineering plans and energy report. No plumbing or gas work required.
We are looking for a ballpark verbal quote within the next week, a written quote by the end of February and plan to start work within 6-8 weeks - please don't reply if you can't meet these timeframes.

Paul and Callan from Inside and Out Group have been fantastic. We engaged them to undertake a large extension to our house which included adding a large open planned living room, bedroom, decking, al fresco area and garage as well as several interior modifications including internal wall removal and window replacements. The work came in on budget and on time - around 6 months. We are really pleased with the results, the quality of the work is excellent and the whole job ran very smoothly. Paul and Callan were very professional from the start and gave great advice/suggestions along the way when needed. They were flexible enough to allow changes to the plans along the way and went above and beyond what we expected - for example: organising cleaners at the end of the job, replacing some rotten weatherboards on the rest of the house and adding some topsoil to the garden where the builders had been walking everyday. We would highly recommend Inside and Out Group and we are happy to provide before and after photos of the after work they have undertaken. We will definitely use Inside and Out Group again when we are ready to undertake further work on our home.
