We have made preliminary plans to do an extension on our kitchen downstairs, approx 20 sqm, and a new upstairs compromising master bedroom, ensuite and office or another bedroom. We are looking for a builder to do everything just to lock up stage, and then also help with electrics, plumbing, plastering of these new areas. We will puchase kitchen, bathroom, fittings etc. We are looking for a budget of no more than $100,000.
