Offer us advice on finalising an economic plan to extend our house. we want to add one room at ground level, 3m x 4.8m, plus an additional covered area 3m x 2m, and allow for the future option of placing further rooms on top (thus design in stronger framing than usual)
Soil report and an (earlier version) engineer's slab design available. An earlier concept has been approved by council, but new plans will need to be submitted for this change.
A builder willing to visit and offer solid advice will be on the short-list to do the job once approved. We will pay for visit and advice.
