We are considering converting our attached brick double garage to a granny flat for elderly realative. Granny flat to contain separate bedroom with built in wardrobe, kitchenette), bathroom with vanity, toilet, shower + loungeroom area. Double roller doors to be replaced with a separate entrance. . Will need council permit etc to be included in the cost. Depending on cost of the granny flat conversion (as we have no idea), we may also include the building of a triple garage in brick.
