Kirtan requested 3 quotes from Builders in Mortlake
We have given a proposal to an architect who is currently working on it - it should be ready in 2 days.
At the moment we are asking for quotes from a number of builders prior to leaving for overseas during December (leaving 3rd dec). My main questions for you:
1. Once you have the architect drawings, how soon before you can build? That is, could you expedite the council approval in order to start work on building it in early January?
2. Once council has approved, how many days would it take to build? How much would council charge?
3. How much for the single garage - brick with tiled roof?
