- Building the floor up to within 1 step of the house interior
- Cutout brick and install 2x window frames
- Brick up part of a single doorway
- Insulation
- Framing for the plasterer
- Plastering (optional)
- Built-in robes
- Shelves
Given the size of the job, I would expect a site visit and/or review of the drawings to complete the quote.
