1)Demo existing carport, two brick piers with steel and wood rafters/beams attached to main tin skillion roof, which is too low and not deep enough to just brick in. Construct new brick garage with tin roof attached to main roof and garage door. 2) Fix roof plumbing to whole house. Currently leaks on east side- new and or repair gutters, facing, downpipes and replace cement sheeting under eaves.
