I need a three car garage built, attached to the front of my house. The garage is 65 square meters and the ceiling of the garage sits level with the floor of the house. As such, the roof of the garage will incorporate decking for the house. I need a builder to build the timber frame and clad it in blueboard, install the beams on the frame and lay yellow tongue flooring. Included in building the frame is installing two windows and a door, as well as the space for two roller doors. I have plans drawn up and calculations done and all of the permits. A builder can quote on the labour alone or labour and materials.
