In my back yard, I have a pergolla and a shed which i would like to remove. Build new ones need to be built.
- The pergolla needs to be lift a little bit and a new roof is needed.
- The existing shed is made up of a bunch of asbestos which makes it quite annoying to get rid of. And the concrete in my shed is a little bit bumpy, and a stump beside the shed is supposed to be removed as well. I would like to turn the place into a basketball court. A basketball board needs to be set.
- I wanna a new shed to be set up in the far end of the back yard, with a storage room and a kitchen inside. A council permit might be needed.
