Single front terrace. New roof and ceiling required. New plaster and wooden flooring required. Current 3 broom, 3 brooms still preferred but would like the 3rd to be made upstairs (no current upstairs level). 2 walls to be removed to create open plan living area.Partially on stumps will need restumping. New kitchen and bathroom, currently at the back preffered to be positioned as: bed1, bed2,bathroom/laundry,open plan kitchen/living dining opening to court yard which requires work also. Toilet currently outside to be moved inside.No permits yet obtained. Will need to restore orginal front facade. Back half of house with slanted ceilings. Will need full electrical and plumbing.Will require windows created on one side of the back part of home at just under ceilng height as no current windows other than the front and back of home. Half home weather board (back half) half double brick (front half).
