The Home is a Full brick. approx 40 year old home in original condition, requires new bathroom, kitchen, rendering on the outside & painting in and out, old carpet to be removed timber floors to be polished.
Would also like to add an extension on top to give us 3 additional bedrooms and a bathroom. Thinking we get the new external walls on the extension built with blue board and then rendered.
