Remove front metal window and remove brickwork to existing sill height cut out section of brick work to accommodate new doorway fit and supply new timber door frame and window combination the door will accommodate 2 French doors and to have a shugg or similar style sash less system to enable to get ventilation through in the window. Plaster remaining walls with skirting boards and ceiling to fit out for office/study
Stage 2)
Remove existing bedroom window install a tri stacker window. frame up door opening to underside of window and plaster replace skirting
