We have a double story house with tiles, lino and carpet downstairs and carpet upstairs. We want to rip up the tiles, lino and carpet downstairs and replace with floorboards. We also want to replace the kitchen downstairs so the kitchen needs to be demolished and the floorboards installed throughout. The staircase is currently carpeted and we want this replaced with floorboards. Upstairs, we want the hallways and common areas floorboarded and the bedrooms carpeted. We would also like to renovated the bathrooms.
