Fix Leaking Aluminium/Steel/Glass Sliding Doors

3 * metal/glass sliding doors leak at bottom into my unit in heavy rain and soak the carpet inside. I suspect a faulty installation of the doors. This is a strata unit so full replacement probably won't be possible - but re-installing, sealing, silicone, flashing, caulking, weep holes etc may do it. Need someone to look at it, and correctly diagnose why/where water is getting in and then fix the problem so leak no longer occurs.
I am getting new carpet installed on Wednesday May 1 2013 - so this really needs to be fixed before then. I realise the quote will depend on what is causing the problem. So what I want is confidence that it will be fixed properly - and the quote can be revised accordingly. I suspect that what I need is a builder to look at it in the first instance.
