First Phase of a Major Renovation...
Downstairs renovation/modification. Approx. 108m2 with an extension into existing verandah space (concrete slab already in place). Four bedrooms, one living, one bathroom and separate toilet. Repositioning of staircase. Addition of stud wall upstairs to create a bedroom to allow occupants to live upstairs while downstairs renovation is being done. Inclusions - air conditioning, gas hot water system, floor coverings, floor and wall tiling in wet areas. Exclusions - sanitary ware, BIR doors and fittings. Consent has been obtained from Burnside Council and work can start any time from now. Would love it to be completed by Christmas if possible.
Subsequent phases to be completed upstairs over the next 12-18 months included balcony addition, re-roofing, new kitchen and WIP, renovation of existing master bedroom, WIR and ensuite, upstairs bathroom, living and dining areas plus the addition of a new entry and external staircase.
