First floor balcony of our PORT MELBOURNE house leaks.

There is water staining in the ground floor ceiling which appears to have come from the first floor balcony leaking. Not sure where the leak is as the balcony has decking on it so it could be under the deck which would need to be partly taken up or could be in the wall. A damp meter had registered some damp just inside the balcony wall.
