Fibro 2 bdrm home, looking for extension and deck area to be built.
Campbell requested 3 quotes from Builders in Rosebud
Building in a patio area approx 16 sq m then looking to build a full width deck across the front of the house approx 8m *3.5m. The deck area will be covered extending the roof line, the roof to be sealed with lights and fans.
The house is currently a 2 bdrm fibro and will be looking to have the exterior either clad or rendered. Looking to commence work in April or before.
Have plans already drawn, we do need to submit to council for approval. The drawings have been drawn to meet current guidelines should not have any issues obtaining permit.
Timeframe is to have job completed by september 2010
