We want to knock out a bedroom to add the space to a family room. Then the back wall in family room needs knocking out to add windows and doors and create access to pool area. We want tiled floor removed and new floors laid. Also a timber pergola and deck to be built by the pool.
Also possibility of a bathroom renovation depending on what above has cost.
