The extension is approximately 7.3M wide x 6M deep and 2.6M off the Deck (floor ) or 3.2M off the ground.
(STAGE 1) The structure is to be a flat INSULATED roof which is connected to the main beam of the back of the house and extends 6 meters out and is then supported by 2 large wood support posts ( +-150 x 150) off the front corners of the roof, with all necessary support struts to hold the roof. Both sides will be enclosed, with one side having door access to outside. The front of the extension would remain open to the back garden with options to enclose at a later stage.
There will also be the deck which will be the floor for this extended area based on same size. Deck to be 600mm off the ground and attached to house.
Flooring timber to be hardwood or similar.
