We require a builder to perform an extension to our 2002 queenslander replica. we have working drawings but have not gained approval. the house is 8m wide. the existing roofline at the rear of the house will need to be extended 5.5m to incorporate an additional 2m (+3m of existing deck) resulting in an additional 5mx8m living area and a new 3.5mx8m deck. an internal staircase is also required to link the downstairs garage, laundry and storage areas which are to be built in. the downstairs areas are all 2.4m high and above. the existing downstairs concrete slab will need to be extended 8.5mx8m (engineers site investigation & design for original slab and footings is available).
