Hi there
my client has property at kingsford sydney and would like to ideally find a project manager who can work with me to look after the extensions of the existing home. preferably a company that can look after applications to the council, arrange builders etc.
the house is a single standing home and intent of extension would be possibly extending out in the backyard by adding a laundry patio etc, then to add another level going up. they would either and preferably like to have 3 added bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, laundry, living room and access down to the backyard. i am aware this is a duel dwelling and am not sure how this will go with council. the other option is to have 3 bedrooms added, bathroom and family room with access down to the backyard.
i would greatly appreciate hearing back on this.
