Hi
I have recently build shed on the boundary, this is class 10a freestanding building with less than 10 SQM.
There is an around 1 m gap between garage outer wall & shed wall.
I would like to extend the roof of the shed and attach to garage wall, by creating covered walkaway + few extras.
Above change is exceeding 10SQM and since attaching to the wall,
It is required to get the permit,
I would like to get a service from a builder to handle everything including plan and certificate of completion as a proper legal building.
I would like the builder to visit my house and give me a free quote with full breakup of the cost, if agreed, carryout this work immediately.
