I need to have a second double garage built ajoining the existing one. The existing garage will be converted into a rumpus room. Work will include the relocation of gas,elctricity and phone cables. Internally i need one half wall removed and a full wall converted to a half wall. All tiling will need to be completed. Job is to be completed as close to existing decor as possible. Current house is only 6 months old.
