Design and build an extension onto our existing 1950's 3 Bdrm brick home in Malvern East. The land is sloping down at the back of the property and will require existing sunroom and 3rd bedroom to be demolished. Extension to include a new master bedroom with ensuite and robe. Underneath this, we would like a utility room/laundry. Also need a new a new living area plus alfresco (covered) and deck area. Since land is sloping, we need the living areas to be stepped down from each other (2-3 steps each area).
