We are looking to add an extension on to a house we have just purchased. A rear family room of indicative dimensions of 6m x 5m. and an extension to the existing laundery of 3m x 4m. Brick veneer, concrete slab footings, polystyrene cladding with rendered finish. We will also require some timber infills to be refitted with poly prior to rendering.
