We wish to extend out on our current house to be able to create a fourth bedroom / study. The house is a 2 storey house and the extension would go over an existing room that is below. The room would require standard fittings (light, power sockets) and would be plaster boarded and painted. We have no plans or drawings as yet so any assistance with that would be good if possible.
