Extend lounge/dining out to rear deck

We have a large rear deck with a plaster ceiling that adjoins our lounge and dining rooms. We wish to enclose the deck in floor-to-ceiling glass and open up the rear of the house to make one large room.
The job involves removing two existing bi-fold door systems, a large sliding door and three more windows, then adding floor coverings (probably bamboo floorboards, like the rest of the house) and glazing the rear of the decked area. The end result will be a lounge/dining area that's more than twice the size of what we have now.
Providing the cost is reasonable and we're happy with you, we're ready to proceed.
