Cant afford to move out currently but need more space.currently in a bungalow and want to extend it...nothing fancy just safe,kind of like an annex would be fine.there is an adjoining carport with timber beams and such so think that would be helpfull.need it done cheap as paying for ivf so funds are tight.im not sure what the measurements are maybe 3-4 metres buy 2 or something....need it fully enclosed and waterproof.no carpet or anything as there is concrete down, just the walls and roof as i dont know if the carport roof is suitable also need to try cut a new doorway in current bungalow so we can access it. my husband works in the wood industry so we may possibly be able to get cheaper materials just need someone to build it.need to be an experienced builder. thankyou.please email for contact.
