Extend an existing 5m x 1.5m deck out to 5.2 m x 3.8m. (Existing deck is 1.2m off ground.) Would prefer using Hardi-plank type flooring. Also cover new deck with an insulated panel roof 6m x 4m, and screen off most of the area with slatted hardwood to match existing house detail. Job will involve move/replace front steps too.
Soil report available, and our first idea has already been approved by council.
Require advice on how to improve design, saving money and time if possible. Or proceed with existing design ASAP if your quote is acceptable
