The rear wall of a brick veneer house requires 2x 700mm window openings enlarged to accept 1.2m windows. In the same wall in the adjoining room an opening needs to be made to accept a 2.1m sliding door. Brick wall is not load bearing, lintels need to be installed in timber frame. Job is to cut opening and prepare brickwork and install lintels. Windows will be ordered separately and are not part of the quote.
