I have planning permit and working drawings for a 125m2 three bedroom, 2 bathroom house, to be built to the rear of an existing residence in Croydon, Victoria.
I am after a quote for building the house, to begin work as soon as possible. I require a fixed quote and an indication of the likely timeframe for the build.
I have copies of the working and engineering drawings that I can send to prospective builders by email/post. References and previous work undertaken will be taken into consideration in selecting a builder.
