Driveway combined with new concrete block laid for carport/garage.Retaining wall will be required as property on approx 30deg slope also underground water table to be dealt with as natural spring coming through in this area. Large garden currently in the place where carport/garage to go. Concreting needs to be incorporated with existing concrete paths and yard steps and under balcony.
