we are just wanting to know what we would be in for as to price to do below
We dont own the property at present
We are looking at removing a couple of internal walls to make rooms bigger
Extending out the front approximately 4mtr to make dining room (cost dependant)
Installing a new kitchen which we would possibly do
Installing 2 new windows and also possibly replace existing
A new driveway that would also require the curb to be cut approx 140 square mtr
We have a price to sand the floors and stain the floors
