We need a 6000mm x 8000mm brick garage/shed built. It needs a remote controlled roller door 3000mm wide. It needs some windows installed, a fixed wall mount rangehood, internal and external lighting, power points. Needs to include electrical installation.
Contractor shall take care of all design, drawings, approvals, permits, additional geotechinal analyses/report and purchase all necessary insurance.
We have an existing garage. It's on a concrete pad. Contractor will have to assess if the concrete pad can be used or a new one needs to be built. We have a soil report which we can send to you.
Budget is $20,000 including gst, but negotiable.
