Doors and small wall section moved in load bearing wall

2 doors in the kitchen (room size is 2.1m x 3m) need to be moved roughly 50cm each from the edge of a wall to the middle, both the walls are load bearing and brick.
A small section of an external wall in the bathroom needs to be moved 50cm back (into the sideway fo the house) to allow a washer and a dryer to be put there without sticking out into the bathroom. There is currently a space with a set of taps but it is too small.
