I'd like to make an enquiry on dilapidation report. My neighboer is about to demolish his house and we'll ask about the exact date.
How soon should the report be carried out most suitably? Can u tell me what will be included in the report? How detail will it be? Just in case going to the court, it'll be a legal evidence of our house structure and we can claim the damage due to their construction, is that right?
