Looking to design & build modern 3 - 4 bedroom double storey or split level home. Land has fall of around 4 metres over the building envelope however have details for an excavator to do the land prep (has done the two neighbouring blocks). Retaining walls will be required & looking to quote with & without.
Budget for design & build is around the $400k mark. Land is already purchased.
