I am about to lease a commercial property and it has some walls that need to be demolished. there are about 3-4 walls in total and i'm not sure if one of them is a load bearing wall so i need someone to come out & let me know if it's possible to remove the wall. the owners said it is but i want a professional opinion. once those walls are demolished, i also need to intall cross beams under the suspended ceiling that is currently there (about 3.5 metres from the floor). i am opening a pole dance studio so i need the cross beams to attach the poles to as a suspended ceiling isn't secure enough. there may be some other work after that as well.
