We would like an alfresco are constructed approx 8 x 5 m in size which will entail pergola , decking as well as a paved area for back yard. Some concrete req'd as well as irrigation system for garden beds. We dont want providers that subcontract the work out. We have a budget which we want to stick to as well as certain materials which we will supply ourselves.
Contractor must be flexible with this.
