Chris accepted the opportunity to quote and was supplied with the drawings that he requested. I had to keep chasing him up, with no response. Ultimately, he didn't get back to me with a quote. Eventually, Chris declined to quote, and offered to send an alternate builder (however, he gave the alternate builder the wrong information). I ended up giving up on Chris altogether.
