BRAD requested 3 quotes from Builders in Mount Evelyn
planning permit granted. just waiting on planning permit, hopefully by end of next week. The job is in 3 parts. 1. The deck extension. 2. The main pergola over the decking. 3. The pergola out the back.
I am very keen for the decking extension to be completed by early Dec. The other 2 parts of the job can wait till new year if nec.
I can email draftsman drawings as well as engineering specs.
The roof of the pergolas to be made of colourbond steel.

They were quick to respond to the job posting a week ago. Since then they have not contatced me at all about the job. I left a voice mail message on Wednseday [5 days after posting the job] for someone to contact me and yet no one has. Very poor follow up & customer service..
